Wigan Borough Community First is a VCFSE collaborative that is dedicated to supporting and strengthening the voluntary sector across the Wigan Borough. We fill multiple of the four functions of a local infrastructure organisation and the work we do reflects this.
Our mission is to support and champion residents and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector to make positive change, challenge issues, and grow new ideas to strengthen communities in the Wigan Borough.
